Shipping Information
Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
- We ship all domestic orders via JNE.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
International Shipping
- All international orders are shipped using FedEx.
- Shipping costs are not charged at checkout. After placing your order, our team will calculate the shipping fee based on your destination and package size.
- We will send you a shipment invoice and only proceed once you approve the cost.
- Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after production is complete.
🌍 We ship worldwide with no country exclusions.
Production Time for Custom Wetsuits
- All custom wetsuits are made to order.
- Production takes 10–14 business days from the date your measurement form is received and confirmed.
- Shipping begins after the production phase is complete.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-Wear Products
- Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for ready-to-wear products.
Please ensure size and product details are correct before placing your order.
Custom Wetsuits
- Custom products are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- In such cases, claims must be submitted within the warranty period (see warranty details).
- Products must be unused, with tags attached and in original condition.
🔄 We do not offer size exchanges for ready-to-wear items.
🔙 Shipping fees for return or repair are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Return Claims & Shipping Charges
- All return requests must be approved in advance by our support team.
- If accepted, our team will guide you through the return process.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the form of store credit or replacement — not cash — depending on the nature of the issue.
