All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Seagods Wetsuit. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include VAT

Order

Every order made through Seagods Wetsuit website are subject to their availability. Our Customer Service will be in contact with you after we received the order and we will send you invoice.

We will inform you when the item is available or not. If the product is not in stock, we will produce it for you and we will inform you when your order will be ready. Most of our products are customizable, so in order to have your colors choices please contact our Customer Service and we will send you mock up picture accordance to your color choices for your approval before we proceed to the production.

Price, Payment and Delivery

The prices displayed at seagodswetsuit.com are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) does not include a delivery charge. The price does not include import taxes or custom duties. Import taxes/custom duties will be charged by your carrier at delivery and Seagods Wetsuit does not compensate these charges. Down payment 70% is expected upon order and full payment is expected upon collection or in advance of shipment. Payment method; – Credit or Debit Card, Bank transfer, Paypal and cash.

*Direct deposits, bank drafts and EFT payments must be cleared funds in our bank account before we proceed with the production or will dispatch or release goods.   

Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Seagods Wetsuit is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the internet. At this stage, we can only accept payments using the methods stated in the Orders and Payment section of this web site. We are unable to accept COD charges. Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

Seagods Wetsuit will assist you in shipping your order if you wish to have the order shipped to you. The shipment either by Gojek or domestic courier JNE or International Courier FedEx or Indonesian Postal service. When placing an order with us, where we are to ship goods to you, we require a clear address, city, postal code, country and contactable telephone

The delivery charge for each order will be informed after we received complete address, so we could check with each courier chosen by you how much the shipment charge will be.

Craftmanship guarantee

Products produce by Seagods Wetsuit is guarantee for 6 months from the day the guest receive the wetsuit.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

As available goods are normally posted out by the end of the day after an order is made through the website, there will be no cancellation/refund available. For Custom order are non-refundable, except there is major problem and it has to be approved by Seagods Wetsuit. Any order that needed time to be process and down payment were made, there will be no cancellation/refund available.

Pictures 

Seagods Wetsuit aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web site. We have made every effort to display the true color of the item, but this may vary due to computer settings, etc. Please contact us if you want to check color. We recommend you read the labels on the goods carefully before using the goods.

Privacy

Seagods Wetsuit will not reveal your personal information to external organisations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.

Liability

Any liability of Seagods Wetsuit in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludeable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Seagods Wetsuit be limited to:

1. in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
2. in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Change to Terms

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Seagods Wetsuit may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order.

Applicable Law

All purchases under this web site and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Indonesia and the Courts of Indonesia shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all disputes in connection with anything arising from a purchase of any product offered on the site.
